AMANDA S. FROH
Attorney admitted to practice in Washington
Amanda joined Seamark in 2026 after serving 24 years with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she gained decades of experience in both criminal and civil litigation. As a criminal prosecutor, Amanda worked on cases involving complex-financial fraud and elder abuse. While in that role, she served a term as the WSBA’s representative on the statewide Certified Professional Guardianship Board and collaborated with numerous other community agencies working to educate the public about financial exploitation and abuse of elders. After moving to the Civil Division’s Litigation Section in 2021, Amanda began representing King County agencies and employees in lawsuits alleging primarily tort and civil-rights claims. Her civil practice involved discovery, motions, and trials in both state and federal court. Additionally, Amanda served as a legal advisor to the Office of the King County Ombuds, providing day-to-day legal counsel and representing the Ombuds in ethics hearings. She graduated from the University of Virginia and summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for Lead Articles on the Seattle University Law Review. Amanda is a longtime community volunteer and former chair of the board of directors of the Phinney Neighborhood Association.
